Expression of Interest — Public Data Portal on Climate Metrics from Indian Firm Reports

LEAP Insights Foundation invites Expressions of Interest from India-based web development firms for the design, development, and maintenance of a public data portal website under a research project on management, innovation, and climate-related metrics in Indian firms.

The portal will serve as an interactive, public-access platform for disseminating climate-related metrics quantified from Indian firm reports — enabling visualisation and tracking of these metrics over time.

Scope includes:

• Interactive data visualisations (time series, distributions, comparisons, filters)
• Search, browse, and bulk download of datasets in open formats
• Content management system for non-developer updates
• Responsive, accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA) design
• Post-launch maintenance and updation through December 2027
• Full source code under an open-source licence (MIT)

Eligibility:

• India-registered firms with valid PAN and GSTIN
• Minimum 3 years of web development experience
• Prior work on data dashboards, research portals, or visualisation-heavy websites
