Dr. Radhika Pandey served as the Director at LEAP Insights Foundation and was a respected economist whose work significantly shaped the fields of public finance and macroeconomic policy.
Her research contributions covered a wide range of areas including inflation dynamics, capital controls, business cycles, and financial sector regulation. Known for her analytical depth and clarity, she played an important role in several national policy initiatives, including the Task Force on Public Debt Management, the Financial Sector Legislative Reforms Commission, and the Working Group on Foreign Investment. She held a Ph.D. in Economics from JNV University, Jodhpur.
Alongside her professional achievements, Dr. Pandey was known for her clarity, composure, and unwavering support for those around her. She was a trusted colleague and mentor, respected for both her intellect and integrity.
Her legacy continues through her body of work, the institutions she contributed to, and the many individuals she guided and inspired.
